Nuestra historia

Welcome to Bilia Eatery, a family-owned restaurant located in the heart of Castle Hills, Texas. Our restaurant is named after the beautiful and vibrant flower bougainvillea, and is owned and operated by the Rojas-Wong family, who have a deep passion for food and hospitality, influenced by their Colombian and Mexican heritage.

After moving from Miami, we wanted to bring the vibrant flavors and cultures of our heritage to the heart of Texas. Our menu is inspired by the fusion of Latin American cuisine and Texas flavors. We specialize in Cuban sandwiches and other delicious dishes, each one made with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and a touch of family love.

At Bilia Eatery, we believe that food has the power to bring people together. Our restaurant is a place where guests can come together to enjoy great food, good company, and unforgettable experiences. We take pride in our warm and welcoming atmosphere, where everyone is treated like familia.

Our family chose to name our restaurant after the bougainvillea flower because of its beauty, resilience, and the way it thrives in the warm, sunny climates of our heritage. We strive to embody these qualities in our restaurant, and to bring a little bit of that warmth and beauty to our guests' lives.

We invite you to join our familia and experience the warmth and hospitality of Bilia Eatery. Whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, we look forward to sharing our passion for food and family with you.
